Talent Sourcing & Mapping

Some of our clients prefer to engage directly with potential search candidates, rather than make contact through a third party. For this reason, we unbundled the ‘search’ component of our Executive Search and Recruitment offering and created a specialised Talent Sourcing and Mapping service.

This can be the best of both worlds. Talent sourcing requires a particular skill-set and an intricate understanding of the market, particularly when the strongest candidates are not actively looking for a new role (what we call ‘passive’). We have these skills, and we can ‘mine’ the market using a range of techniques in order to uncover the most likely potential talent for you.

Our Talent Sourcing service doesn’t stop there, though. We don’t just give you a list of names and leave you to it. We profile each of the candidates we identify, qualify them and ensure that they are ready to talk. This means that your conversation will be ‘warm’ rather than ‘cold’, and therefore much more likely to progress meaningfully.

As an added service, our Talent Mapping will provide you with a graphical version of the results of our search – beyond just those candidates you choose to approach. This gives you a detailed overview of ‘who’s who’ in the current market in terms of skills, experience and capability: a valuable resource for your talent planning.
